Pragmatic and down-to-earth, I use my 25+ years experience in HR and L&D to help managers put the foundations in place where their teams can grow and high performance levels can be achieved and maintained.

I live in Porthcawl South Wales, 500m from the beach.
It's beautiful and just 10 mins from the M4 near Cardiff.
